Cakes, cookies and Taste of Alpharetta

There were a lot more cookies and cakes made this week. I think the count by the end was up to about 31 dozen cookies and five cakes. This next week is double if not tripled the dozens of cookies we are making because it is the week before graduation.

We took a little break in the middle of our week and went to an event called the Taste of Alpharetta where all of the restaurants from around the Alpharetta area set up tents and you go around with tickets and try food from whichever restaurants you think sound interesting. They also have a band set up at the front and sometimes they have the music and arts rock camp kids set up at the back.

We also went out yesterday for an early birthday dinner for me.

I don’t think I’ll be able to eat it. Yeap, not even one. You girls are so talented! Keep doing what you’re doing 🙂 I love it!

    1. Thank you! People always say that when they see the cookies in person too. I like to see people’s reactions when they see the cookies because while I don’t actually decorate them, I see all of the work that my mom puts in with putting on bases and then all of the writing or detailed designs and it is a really good feeling to make people happy with something that you created.
