- You are where you are because of the way you think
- The way you think couldn’t possibly take you anywhere else
- If you want to change where you are, change the way you think
- You think the way you do because of what you’ve fed your mind
- To change your life, change what you feed your mind
Seems pretty simple when you write it out like that, right? I think probably the hardest thing is to realize that maybe some of the things that we read or watch or play are actually not healthy for our minds. It’s hard to realize that and then make the change necessary to change your life because you don’t want to stop reading those books or playing those video games.
